If you have purchased o property which is part of a condominium, you and your fellow owners are obliged to make arrangements in order to maintain and service the jointly-owned fabric of the development. Once the property developer or builder has handed over ownership it is necessary to set up a management company and we can help you achieve this.
Our company, PORTSCOT Condominium Management Services, is totally independent of the developer or builder and acts on behalf of the owners only.
PORTSCOT is situated in S.Martinho do Porto, on the silver coast of Portugal. Our work is to protect your investment and ensure the building remains in perfect working condition.
We deal with all the management, legal documentation and general maintenance of all building, inspections, cleaning, swimming pools, gardens, etc. Providing constant information and updates for the owners within the building.
